I read about Kelly Eckert in a newsletter of Pittsburgh Professional Women. She was planning her next teleconference call on Fear; fear getting in the way of our realizing our life's potential. I was traveling on that date, so set up in my hotel room and listened intently to what Kelly had to say. Since registering for that call, I was added to Kelly's e-newsletter list. I liked the topics that she chose and how she presented them. She seemed very down-to-earth and practical. Each time I read them, I considered contacting her for coaching. I just couldn't justify the cost for the early stage of where I was in my personal growth and development, though. I didn't have a plan yet, much less any revenue coming in! When Kelly offered a holiday special, I took the leap.
I met with Kelly and was instantly comfortable! She and I hit it off right away, and we immediately got into my ideas, plans, and lack thereof! She helped me to set a plan and gave me some deadlines, saying that she would contact me to be sure that I was staying on task!
Kelly and I have met since that first coaching session, and we remain in contact with each other. She attended my first event and regularly follows my progress. She is a supporter, but she also asks tough questions and helps me to find the answers, when I need.
Sure, I still have fear. When it gets in the way of my progress, that is when I call Kelly for reinforcement! She knows what I need and pushes just enough to get me there. She has been instrumental in the progress that I have made on my journey!"

Kelly did beautifully. I felt engaged throughout the entire experience. It was like a radio show, but relevant. I enjoyed the interaction. I was impressed by the way Kelly generated an environment where people felt safe sharing with each other and compelled to reach out and support each other where they could. Kelly addressed my concerns with an open mind and added perspective that I'd been missing. Also, her comments about the mindset of inner circle people was really helpful, and she gave a great insight on obstacles."

It was a wonderful class. I was so tired before the class that I thought about not calling in. But I did anyway, and I'm so glad I did. By the end of the class, I was energized, inspired, and ready to get moving!"
