As a personal and professional development coach, I integrate my academic, work and personal experiences with specific educational training in order to provide my clients with empathy, knowledge and skills that can help them on their path to achieving their goals.

My professional experiences provide me with a broad range of tools to assist my clients. With a background in marketing, teaching, fine art, graphic design, editing, and entrepreneurship, I am able to support my clients in all of their professional development goals.

My bachelor's degree is in biological-anthropology from Harvard University and my master's degree is in biology from Tufts Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. I obtained a Massachusetts teaching certificate for high school biology at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. I attended Rice University Graduate School of Business. I have been trained in nonviolent/compassionate communication, conflict resolution, meditation, and teaching meditation to children, and am a certified Reiki master. I have volunteered as an alumni interviewer for Harvard College.

I received my coaching training with MentorCoach and am a member of the International Coach Federation.

Some of my experience includes creating a long-term vision, setting and achieving short- and long-term goals, creating a personal credo and mission statement, and developing business and marketing plans.

Originally from Houston, TX, I now live in Pittsburgh, PA, with my husband, teenage daughters, preschool son, four cats, and a growing school of fish.
